Our study "Operando investigation of the evolution of Pd-Pt supported on ceria for methane oxidation under dry and wet conditions" is published in Nature Communications

08/30/2022

A comprehensive study on bimetallic catalysts titled “Operando investigation of the evolution of Pd-Pt supported on ceria for methane oxidation under dry and wet conditions” has been pubslished on Nature Communications. The research, carried out  in tandem with the catalysis group of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and the ALBA Synchrotron in Barcelona, reveals the evolution of the unique structure of PdPt/CeO2 catalysts prepared by mechanochemical synthesis under steam-rich gas streams and highlights the key properties underlying the enhanced performance of these innovative materials under realistic after-treatment conditions.
