Catalisi in Gioco 2025

Great news from Reggio Calabria, where the second edition of "CIG – Catalisi in Gioco" took place!

The event was organized by the Interdivisional Group of Catalysis (GIC) of the Italian Chemical Society (SCI) and brought together young PhD students and postdocs from across Italy. Participants competed in teams to develop a three-year research project, which was then evaluated by a panel of young researchers and professors.

Among the members of the organizing committee was Maila, representing our group and the University of Udine.

From our team, Nicolas and Andrea F. took part in the competition – both received awards for their outstanding project work. Andrea and his team earned third place overall, while Nicolas won the award for Best Pitch of the contest.
